THERE are long delays on the A142 in Ely this morning after a two-vehicle collision at a busy junction.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to a stretch of the busy commuter road near its junction with the B1382 Queen Adelaide Way at about 8.15am.
Initial reports suggested that four vehicles were involved in the smash, but police later confirmed that there were two vehicles involved. It is understood that there were only minor injuries and that recovery teams are clearing the roads.
Police advised motorists to expect delays while the road is cleared.
