THE entire district council will be elected on Thursday, May 3, and the full list of candidates has been released.

The Ely Standard will keep you up to speed on the latest information on the election, including where you will be able to vote and how you can have your say on what goes on in East Cambridgeshire.

A count will be held at Ross Peers Sports Centre, Soham, after the close of the polls.

The full list of candidates for each ward is as follows:

BOTTISHAM (two seats): Christine Bryant (Liberal Democrat); Laurence Le-Ggatt (known as Larry, Conservative); Colin McClean (Con); Steven O'Dell (Labour); Robert Stevens (Lib Dem).
