A ‘living Advent calendar’ will be launched in Haddenham, on Sunday, at a Festival of Light.
The event will feature stalls, hog roast, hot chestnuts, fairground rides choirs, silver band and a snow machine.
There will follow an event every day from December 1-24.
All events are run independently and will raise money for a charity or a local organisation. Every household has been given a copy of the Advent calendar.
