LITTLEPORT'S 2007 Citizen f the Year is Julie Weaver, an accuntant wh helped t secure mre than £80,000 funding fr the newly-refurbished village hall. She is als n the cmmittee fr the prpsed cmmunity centre at The Paddcks.
