THE Queen may have already been on the throne for more than half-a-century when they were born but that didn’t stop the youngsters at Littleport Pre-School having a right royal jubilee celebration this week.
Held on Thursday, the jubilee-themed day saw the children dress up in their best party clothes, make special crowns and enjoy a grand jubilee feast.
Mums and dads were also allowed to join the feast at the end of the day and, just next door at Littleport Primary School, the older children flew some specially made kites to mark the day.
