MEDICAL problems have made it impossible for Littleport man Alex Hughes to complete a drugs course run by the probation service in Cambridge, Ely magistrates were told.
But drugs workers visit him almost every week at his home in Fishers Bank, 27-year-old Hughes explained to the court on Thursday.
Magistrates agreed to revoke his community order and replace it with a 12-month conditional discharge.
