LITTLEPORT man Lee Cater was disqualified for driving for 12 months after pleading guilty to drink-driving.
Cater, 36, of Peacock Way, was driving his Ford Focus along the A10 in Littleport when he was stopped by officers and asked to provide a sample of breath.
A second test carried out at the police station gave a reading of 59 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Sentencing, Magistrates in Ely also fined Cater �235 and ordered him to pay a total �85 costs along with a �15 surcharge.
