Littleport turned out to honour the dead in the annual Remembrance Sunday parade.
The parade set off from the town’s ex-servicemen’s club followed by a service in St George’s Parish Church where everybody would never forget the commitment made by service men and women from the town during conflicts.
Afterwards poppy wreaths were laid and people bowed their heads for the two minute silence.
The event was well attended with people spanning generations to show a strength of community spirit.
Attending were a host of local groups including Brownie, dignitaries, Littleport’s Motor Cycle Club and representatives of the Fire Service.
