A young girl was taken to hospital on Saturday evening after she was kicked in the head and face by a horse.
The Magpas Helimedix arrived at the incident at around 7.58pm in a rural area of Littleport via the air ambulance.
Dr Tom Odbert and Paramedic Keir Rutherford assessed the child, whilst working alongside a EEAST ambulance paramedic. The girl’s condition proved to be non-life threatening and she was taken to Addenbrookes’ Hospital in Cambridge in a land ambulance, with her mother at her side, for further observation.
