There was a double celebration at Little Thetford Primary School to mark the end of term.

The first was the news that Year 6 pupils had all achieved a level 4 or higher in their SATs tests, which puts them amongst the top performing schools in the county, with only a handful of others achieving such excellent results.

Year 2 children also achieved 100 per cent success in their tests with all of them gaining a level 2 or above.

The second celebration was the unveiling of a stained glass window in the school library which was designed to commemorate the 100th anniversary of World War One and was made by pupils, who all enjoyed a visit to Ely Museum to learn about stained glass.
