Little Thetford Acorns Pre-School will open its doors this Saturday, July 1, for its third annual family fun day fundraiser – and entry is free.
The fun day, which this year features a dog show, takes place on Little Thetford recreation ground between 12noon and 3pm.
Game and activity stands, all manned by parents and staff, include a bouncy castle, face-painting, welly-wanging, splat the rat and a tombola.
Devoted dog owners can compete to win the prize for prettiest pooch or handsomest hound. There will then be a home-cooked BBQ, strawberry and marshmallow skewers, as well as a guest appearance from Beauty and the Beast.
