LITTLE Downham man Paul Fuller, who has denied two charges of fraud in connection with more than �11,000 worth of motor vehicles and a mobile phone bill, has been committed for trial before Cambridge Crown Court.
It is alleged that 46-year-old Fuller committed fraud on May 16, by dishonestly claiming that he was in lawful possession of a credit card belonging to Mark Fuller, and that he was entitled to use the card to make a gain, namely motor vehicles valued at �11,585 from L G Car Sales, for himself.
The second charge alleges that Fuller, of Orchard Estate, committed fraud on May 7 by again falsely representing that he was in lawful possession of a credit card belonging to Mark Fuller, and he was entitled to use it to make a gain, namely the payment of a bill to Orange plc, in the sum of �103.
Fuller is due to appear at the Cambridge court for a preliminary hearing on September 17.
