Another appearance from tribute act AC Motown at the Brook helped raise hundreds of pounds for the Lisa Barnes Memorial Fund.
It is the forth event the charity has staged in Soham with AC Motown, which has helped it reach £95,000 – within a whisker of its £100,000 target.
Robert Barnes, founder of Lisa’s Fund, said: “Having flown in from a week of concerts in Poland with only four hours to spare, AC Motown gave such a great professional performance as always.”
The concert raised £800 for the fund and, on the night, Robert handed over a cheque for £12,500 to Dr Lynn Morgan, chief executive of the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity.
