A further three-year agreement has been signed. Membership continues to increase and the computer has recently been updated. More than 50 children took part in the nationwide library summer challenge called Reading Mission, based on a spy theme. A total of 46 children completed the challenge and were presented with medals and certificates at a party during September. Books can now be accepted from other libraries for borrowers to return or renew. To celebrate the library's third birthday, there is a talk by Rodney Dale on Haddenham authors - past, present and future. This will be held in the Arkenstall Centre on Tuesday, October 31.
