Students at King’s Ely Senior have raised £1,110 for Cancer Research UK.
The money was raised by Osmond House, who hosted table tennis competitions, DVD sales and stalls at Osfest.
The funds will go towards the Francis Crick Institute, which aims to build a centre of research in London’s Kings Cross.
Heidi Connell, senior local fundraising manager for the charity, visited the school to receive the cheque.
