Japanese phrases, Thai delicacies and Hindi dance moves were among some of the things learnt by students at King’s Ely’s International event.
The annual event, held on January 26, saw King’s Ely International students teaching Year 9 pupils a whole host of facts and figures about their respective countries.
The Year 9 students were split into different groups, all of which enjoyed three different sessions throughout the day.
All of the lessons were led by King’s Ely International students, and languages and cultures explored included Hindi, German, Japanese, Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin and Thai.
The event, now in its second year, concluded with some outstanding musical and dance performances, again by King’s Ely International students, including traditional Indian dances and Russian folk songs.
