ST ANDREW'S Primary School in Soham welcomed Kernowland author Jack Trelawny last week.
Years 2 to 6 were "entranced" by his talks about writing, how to develop a story and readings from his popular Kernowland series of books.
Mr Trelawny is giving free school talks in 30 counties this year, visiting hundreds of schools with his travelling edutainment show. The Kernowland Series and show is intended to be a mix of education with entertainment. He spent the morning at the school and his visit ended with a signing session for those who bought one of his series of books.
