From incredible community champions to dedicated teachers, and fundraisers to young stars, a wealth of deserving people were nominated for the Ely Hero Awards 2018.
It was the second year running for the event, held at The Maltings this evening, which is organised by Metro Rod Cambridge and us here at The Ely Standard newspaper.
