Hundreds of people poured into Haddenham at the weekend for the village’s annual summer beer festival - and this year was a record-breaker!
Saturday was a family day, with plenty of activities for children including Nerf Wars, craft activities, pea-shooting, face painting and henna.
Over the weekend visitors got the chance to taste around 42 real ales and nine ciders as well as Pimms and Proscecco.
Live music came from IndiesTones & the Ramshackle Daddies whilst Sunday was a relaxation day with a chance to enjoy a pint and more bands.
Toby Bush, chairman of the Haddenham Beer Festival Committee, said: “The positive feedback and the huge crowds have been overwhelming. Towards the end the beer was flying on vapours, but we managed to make it until the close without letting anyone down. See you next year.”
The committee will compete in the World Pea Shooting Championship in Witcham this weekend.
