The Lisa Barnes Memorial Fund collected hundreds of pounds at the inaugural Witchford Festival on Saturday.
It was the end of three busy weekends for the charity after appearing at Aquafest, in Ely, on July 6 and the Girton Feast the following weekend.
Robert Barns, charity founder, said: “Together we managed to raise £1,300, a great success. We also had great fun and enjoyed lots of good entertainment, especially at Witchford with live music late into the evening.
The winner of the charity’s pink wheelbarrow full of prizes was Shaun Gimbert, from Witchford.
Robert added: “I would like to thank Corkers Crisps for donating lots of crisps, Iceni water for donating 1,000 bottles of water, all the volunteers who helped over the three weekends, and the public who came out to support us as they always do.”
