HEREWARD Housing still has 20 loans available under the Government backed Homebuy scheme. The loans are available to local authority and housing association tenants who live anywhere in Fenland, Forest Heath and East Cambridgeshire and some funds are available to those on waiting lists and local authorities or housing associations.
Annette Dawson, Hereward's Homebuy officer, said "If you are interested in buying your own home and think you could be eligible for a Homebuy loan then please get in touch immediately."
