Dozens of people enjoyed a display of First World War items and information held in the village hall, in Littleport.

The free event ran on Saturday and Sunday, with entertainment provided by Littleport Lyrics and refreshments from Littleport WI.

It was hosted by the village’s 1914-2014 Committee and saw costumed re-enactors, information stands and information on villagers who served in the conflict.

There was also an exhibition of work by pupils of Littleport Community Primary School and a display by the Field Theatre Group in light of their war-inspired recent production, Field of War.
