HENNESY'S Fish Bar in Ely will be hosting a family event for charity on Sunday, offering one lucky person the chance to win fish and chips for an entire year.
Charity Sunday will see the Market Place shop open from 11.30am-7pm with a range of family-orientated events, including face-painting, children's rides and a visit from local radio.
Manager Danny Hennesy said: "Every penny we make on the day is going to St Mary's Infant school."
"We want to make as much as we can - we wanted to give something back to the local community that has supported us."
He said fish and chips will be £2.50 for the entire day, to eat in or take away, but added that there will be a raffle on the day, and first prize is free fish and chips for a year.
Hennesy's is now serving breakfasts from 8am.
