ON Monday, 27 walkers, plus the three leaders met at the church for the weekly walk. Led by Liz Gwinnett with David Clark and Laurie Budd at the back, their walk this week took them through the church alley, down Clay Street, around Mill Corner and over the Angle Common and the Horse Fen, through The Butts to Fordham Road, around The Crescent and down Staples Lane, along Broad Street and The Causeway, Brook Dam Lane, High Street and finally welcome refreshments at The Ship.
