On Monday, 37 walkers, plus the three leaders enjoyed a walk of 2.8miles around Soham. Starting from the Church, with Liz Gwinnett taking the lead, the group went over Clay Street and along College Road, then through the college complex and Walter Gidney Lane to Sand Street, around The Crescent to Staples Lane, through King's Parade and back up Mill Croft, along Sand Street and through Frank Bridges Close and up Paddock Street, Brewhouse Lane, Eastern Avenue, along by the Weatheralls allotments to Speed Lane, Hall Street, Paddock Street, Brook Dam Lane to the High Street and welcome refreshments at The Ship.
