Members of the heartbeat health walk met at the church on Monday. Led by Liz Gwinnett, with Laurie Budd at the back, 27 plus the two leaders enjoyed the walk of three miles. The walk this week took them from the church down Fountain Lane and along Mereside, up through Kingfisher Drive and through The Shade housing estate, along The Shade and through Northfield Park, along Northfield Drive to Holms Lane, Townsend, Foxwood, Bushel Lane, Queensway, along by the Weatheralls' allotments, Eastern Avenue, Brewhouse Lane, Paddock Street, Brook Dam Lane, High Street and finally welcome refreshments at The Ship.
