AN information evening to launch a Health Promoting Schools campaign was held at St John's School in Ely.
Pupils from the school performed presentations to highlight the main areas covered during the campaign in for the school to gain its Health Promoting School status, which began this week with many activities involving all the children.
The campaign aims to focus on feeling healthy from a physical, emotional and social perspective and will look at involving pupils, teachers, staff and also bringing parents and families together to develop stronger links through a working party.
Lisa Badcock, family and community worker for the school, commented: "This is a great campaign which has been launched by a number of schools in Cambridgeshire and you can already see the difference it is making.
