Head to Oliver Cromwell’s house next weekend for ‘A Puritan Christmas Party’.
You’ll find out what the Puritans really did get up to at Christmas and see how families celebrated behind closed doors.
Norfolk duo Doin’ Different (alias Gareth Calway and Anto Morra) will providde the entertainment as you are guided around the House.
Hear stories and poetry of the time and join in with some period carol singing with a glass of mulled wine and mince pie to end your visit.
The event takes place from 2pm on Saturday December 19.
Tickets cost £10 and are available from Ely Tourist Information Centre, Oliver Cromwell’s House or by calling 01353 662 062.
