A Haddenham couple have released a new book, aimed at children.
Snatch Meets Smokey Joe is the work of Peter and Gill Marchant, of Hop Row, and is based on the lives of their rescued rabbits.
The couple share their home with a dog and three rescued rabbits – including Snatch and Smokey Joe – who both feature in their first book.
The retired couple are keen photographers and all of the shots featured in the book are of their own pets.
Mr and Mrs Marchant said: “This heart-warming tale will entertain children and parents, and teaches the value of friendship and shared experiences. Filled with photographs of real-life rabbits Snatch and Smokey Joe, the book will see you falling in love with its characters from the very first page.”
