More than £9,000 has been raised for charity by players and visitors to Ely City Golf Club.
A presentation took place at the club, in Cambridge Road, where a grand total of £9029.78 was handed over to the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
The club captains for last year - Binnie Bridgeman and Dave Woods - choose the air ambulance as their captains’ charity.
Throughout the course of the year, the golf club held numerous fund-raisers and managed to raise the sum thanks to the generous donations of members and visitors.
Mrs Bridgeman and Mr Woods presented the cheque to Mary Done, from the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
