A Halloween fund-raising event at Sainsbury’s raised £100 for Littleport charity, Branching Out.
Colleagues from the Ely store dressed in spooky costumes and organised a variety of events in store for customers to get involved with, including a lucky dip and name the monster competition.
Children were able to get their faces painted thanks to Funtasy Faces and Ditsy Parties, with both donating a sizable proportion of their takings on the day to the charity.
Store manager, Karen Watts said: “It was great that our customers were able to get involved with the Halloween celebrations in store raising much needed funds for Branching Out.”
Volunteers and service users from Branching Out also came along to enjoy the event, joining in with customers and colleagues.
