LITTLE angels at the Little Rascals Day Nursery in Ely have been learning about healthy breakfasts this week. To mark National Farmhouse Breakfast week, children at the Ship Lane nursery have made their own Greek yoghurt and have been trying out healthy breakfast options liked baked tomatoes and home-made fruit loaves.
Nursery cook Julia Wilson said the nursery promotes healthy eating all year.
"I've been here for about a year now and the children are good eaters - they like things you might not think they'd like. It's not any harder to serve healthy food than it is to serve unhealthy food, really."
