Witchford Village College is set to be transformed with gangsters, splurge-guns and soda siphons as pupils take to the stage for their latest production – Bugsy Malone.

The production is set to feature a cast of dozens when it begins its run on Thursday, March 19, with performances nightly at the college at 7.30pm until Saturday, March 21.

There will also be a matinee performance on the Saturday, beginning at 2pm.

The play is based on the 1976 musical gangster film of the same name, set in Chicago and loosely based on the era of prohibition during the 1920s and 30s.

Tickets for the show are available from the college, in Manor Road, or by calling 01353 662053.
