Their organic farm at Barway near Soham supplies major supermarkets with a range of fresh salads and vegetables and is opening its doors to tour parties so visitors can see exactly how their food is grown as well as having the chance to see the wealth of wildlife on the site and even to sample some of Shropshire's produce.

The open day is on Tuesday September 11, with guided walking tours at 3pm, 5pm and 7pm. Places are available on a first come first served basis from Lynsey Rolfe at Shropshires.
