Fun and friendship was the priority at the Inner Wheel Club of Ely’s latest meeting.

Quizzes, games and delicious desserts were enjoyed as new president Mary Rone held her first evening at Ely Sailing Club.
The main event of the evening, the Heel to Toe Horse race, saw 20 members take part and Pauline Lancaster took home the trophy - an inscribed wooden egg cup – for coming first.
Pauline said: “Thanks must go to President Mary and her committee for organising such a good, fun evening in a lovely setting.”
