YEAR 11 pupils from Ely College marked the end of their schooling with a prom at the Maltings on the city’s riverside.
More than 150 pupils arrived at the venue on Friday evening, travelling in everything from a horse-drawn carriage and articulated lorries to rubbish skips and the increasingly humble limousine.
The event was held to celebrate the end of the pupil’s five years at the Downham Road college as they prepare to move into the world of work or higher education.
