FORDHAM played host to three days packed with music, dance and frivolity last weekend at the return of the annual music festival.

International music acts like Sham 69 and The Beat rubbed shoulders with hundreds of revellers, storytellers, artists and even medieval jousters at the event, which raised thousands of pounds for the Teenage Cancer Trust and Cam-Mind.

Returning for its sixth year, the festival was held from August 7-9 on farmland just outside of the village and featured the famous Wigwam Stage from Strawberry Fair.

Organiser Mark Autey, said: "Over the years Fordham Fest has gained an enviable reputation for its family-friendly atmosphere created by a reliable and friendly security and plenty of activities for kids, including a play area, story teller, rides and workshops.
