THE Ely Guild of Woodturners marked its 25th anniversary with an exhibition at the Cathedral Centre in Ely.
Hundreds of visitors dropped into the centre, in Palace Green, to admire some examples of members’ work which ranged from lacquered bowls, inlaid plates and turned vases.
Many of the items on display were also for sale, with dozens of items being sold over the course of the 10-day exhibition.
Members were on-hand throughout to offer advice about the guild while there were live open-air demonstrations for members of the public to enjoy.
