VISITORS Yelling crashed the ball around at a rapid rate after being asked to bat against Ely. Dominic Walker (78*) was the mainstay but at the other end wickets tumbled and although Yelling reached 219 all out they failed to use seven of their allotted overs. Ely found batting against Yelling's opening attack of walker and Arron Johnson difficult and no batsman really took charge as the Ely innings subsided to 142 all out.
