King's School Ely students, Holly Brown, left, and Amelia Harrington, celebrate their results. Both girls are inaugural members of Ely Cathedral Girls' Choir and have combined their A-level studies with daily practices, singing in cathedral services, concerts and recordings.
Holly achieved an A and two Bs and Amelia was awarded three As. Both will be studying English literature - Holly at Goldsmiths University of London and Amelia at Exeter University.
