TWENTY-one-year-old Littleport man Sean Pettengell has been found not guilty of being in charge of a car when over the alcohol limit.
Pettengell, of Granby Street, faced trial at Ely courthouse on Thursday. He had been accused of being in charge of a Volkswagen at Ely Rugby Club on December 21 last year, when his breath test reading was 54 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath, 19 mcgs over the legal limit.
