BUSINESSMAN Jeremy Tyrrell has landed himself in truble after "rubbish" was delivered alng with hardcre t Rswell Pits.
Mr Tyrrell's cmpany, Jalsea Marine, has been rdered t clear up the lakeside by the Envirnment Agency after they discvered wire, plastic and metal in the rubble.
They issued a Ntice f Remval giving him until March 1 t tidy up the site r face pssible curt actin.
The material was left at Rswell Pits in Ely by a supplier after an rder was placed fr hardcre t make a hard-standing.
But the Envirnment Agency decided the material didn't meet its standards and they rdered Mr Tyrrell t remve it.
Ian Hill, leader f the agency's envirnmental management team based at Ely, said: "This was fly-tipping. This was a purely inapprpriate use f materials."

Mr Tyrrell said: "A supplier brught in the wrng material and it has been taken up nw."
The prblem arse as campaigners have applied t get cmmn land n the site registered as an fficial village green.
Members f the Campaign fr the Prtectin f Rural Ely are asking Cambridgeshire Cunty Cuncil fr the land t be fficially recgnised.
They fear Mr Tyrrell - whse cmpany Jalsea Marine wns ne f the lakes at Rswell Pits and Ely's Cathedral Marina - will fence ff the land r build a car park.
They have cllected affidavits frm peple using tw areas f cmmn land and have presented them t the cunty cuncil t have the land registered as a village green.
Liz Hunter f the CPRE said: "This has been cmmn land since the mid-17th Century when peple used t get permissin t graze their animals there. It used t be mwed just twice a year and is a valuable habitat fr mammals but lately it has been mwed twice a week."
Residents and rganisatins have until February 21 t cmment n the plans fr village green status which are available at East Cambridgeshire District Cuncil ffices.
Mr Tyrrell said: "We have n designs n building a car park n this land.
