Former offices in Ely look set to be converted into flats under plans submitted to planners this week.
An application has been submitted to East Cambridgeshire District Council to convert office space in Woolpack Chambers, in Market Street, into one and two-bedroom flats.
The space was formerly home to the British Society of Plant Breeders, which has moved to new premises on Lancaster Way Business Park, in Witchford.
As part of the plans, developers hope to convert two floors into two one-bedroom flats and five two-bedroom flats.
A decision is expected on the plans within the next eight weeks. To view the plans, or to have a say, visit www.eastcambs.gov.uk
