The event called on gym members to go the furthest and fastest on each piece of equipment at the Atrium in a bid to become the day’s winner.

Manager and personal trainer Jessica Crowe said they aimed to get their members involved in fund raising in a fun and healthy way.

The day raised £68 for Children In Need by members paying a small entry fee to join in.

Winner of the morning challenge was Lakhbir Singh while the afternoon winner was Neil Flack.
