Minster Care Group that runs Littleport Grange has teamed up with Ely City FC to sponsor new match day polo shirts for the first team squad.

The group wanted to show their support for the local community and Ely City FC were grateful to Littleport Grange manager Kathryn McGuirk for this support.

Ely City management pair Brady Stone and Martin Grey visited Littleport Grange on Saturday before their home game with Leiston along with some of the first team squad.

The players chatted with staff and residents about football both past and present.

Ely City manager Brady Stone said: “It is great that a community organisation such as Littleport has shown its support to the club and we are truly grateful.

“We want to become more involved with the community wherever possible”.
