PUPILS at Witchford Village College had a visit from the fire service last week, as fire-fighters took students through important safety procedures they can carry out themselves.

Staff at Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service, from Ely station, went to the school for three sessions over the course of the week as part of the students' personal, social and health education lessons.
