Fire has badly damaged a house in Ely.
The blaze broke out in a terraced house in Christopher Tye Close.
A fire service spokesman said: “Firefighters arrived to find a well-developed fire in the roof of a terraced house, which was also affecting three other houses.
“Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels.
“Once the area is safe to enter we will conduct an investigation to identify the cause of the fire.”
On Spotted in Ely Facebook page a woman has praised neighbours for the help given to her son, daughter-in-law and sons “when their house caught fire. Everyone got out safely and that’s the main thing”.
