Firefighters were called out on Sunday to free a dog that was trapped in a fox hole.
A crew from Ely arrived in Main Street, Little Thetford, shortly before 4.30pm to find the dog trapped.
Crews managed to free the dog after an hour and returned to the city’s fire station by 5.45pm. A spokesman for Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service said the dog was unharmed.
