SPEEDER Tim Feely was fined £60 after admitting that he drove at 42 mph along Elizabeth Way in Cambridge, where there is a 30 mph speed limit in force.
Feely, 31, of Brookside Grove, Littleport, was also ordered to pay £35 costs and a £15 surcharge by Ely magistrates, and three points were endorsed on his licence.
