SOHAM man Filip Switek has been convicted of driving a car without insurance or a licence.
Ely magistrates fined him £270 for the insurance offence on Thursday, and ordered him to pay £42 costs and a £15 surcharge. Switek, of Churchgate Street, committed the offences when driving a Honda Accord in The Shade, Soham, on June 24. No separate penalty was imposed for the licence offence.
